Our Glide Fit profiles provide a fully frameless solution for your Juliet balcony. The profiles can be fixed directly to your aluminium or UPVC door or to the structure of the building itself. The frame is supplied in two sections which slide together making it structurally one of the best solutions on the market.

Our Glide Fit system offers a fully frameless solution for your Juliet balcony. It has a unique slide and click system which makes it simple to install and most importantly very secure.
The Glide Fit Frames can be mounted either directly to your UPVC frame or door or outside the reveal where they can fixed to either concrete, brick or timber.
The profiles can be supplied in any number of finishes. As standard they are supplied in a natural anodised finish. We also stock profiles in anthracite grey, matt black and white.
Our Glide Fit is fully tested when fixed to a UPVC or aluminium window or door frame. It is tested up to 2m wide using 17.5mm toughened glass and up to 3m wide using 21.5mm toughened laminate glass.

To measure the width of your glass panel, you should either measure from outside of profile to outside of profile and deduct 74mm or measure from centre of fixing to centre of fixing and deduct 24mm as per the attached diagram.
To comply with Building Regulations your Glide Fit Juliet balcony should be 1100mm in height. If your balcony is sitting above a barrier such as a retaining wall, it may be that the balcony can be shorter.
Yes. It is fully tested when fixing to a UPVC or aluminium frame for balconies up to 2000mm using 17.5mm toughened glass and for balconies up to 3000mm using 21.5mm toughened laminate glass.
No you do not. Our Glide Fit Juliet balcony is supplied with laminate glass and does not require a handrail.
