The Skyforce Juliet Balcony system can be fixed either directly to your aluminum or UPVC frame or to the structure of the building itself. All glass thicknesses, heights and widths can be covered with one profile. Its slide and click system make it simple to install. Our Skyforce profile is fully tested when fixed to a UPVC or aluminium frame, steel or concrete.

The Skyforce frames can be mounted either directly to your UPVC frame or door or outside the reveal where they can be fixed to either concrete, brick or timber. The frames can be either face fixed outside the reveal or side fixed within the reveal.
The profiles can be supplied in any number of finishes. As standard they are supplied in a natural anodised finish. We also stock profiles in anthracite grey, matt black and white.
The glass width will depend on the width of your balcony. The calculation of the glass thickness is as follows:
900mm – 1700mm (17.5mm toughened laminate)
1700mm – 3000mm (21.5mm toughened laminate)

This will depend on the type of Skyforce Juliet balcony that you have. For a face fixed Skyforce you should measure from outside of profile to outside of profile and deduct 70mm. See diagram below. To comply with building regulations your Skyforce Juliet balcony should be 1100mm in height. If your balcony is sitting above a barrier such as a retaining wall it may be that the balcony can be shorter. We supply the frames (and glass) to any height that you require.
No you do not. Our Skyforce Juliet balcony is supplied with laminate glass and does not require a handrail. It is fully tested fixed to steel, concrete, aluminium frame and UPVC frame (provided the it has a metal insert).
Yes you can. Our Skyforce Juliet balcony is fully tested up to 3m when fixed to either an aluminium or UPCV frame. If you are fixing to a UPVC frame then you should ensure that the UPVC frame has a metal insert. To be clear that your UPVC frame has a metal insert, you can either contact the manufacturer directly or drill a pilot hole in the frame.
Yes it is fully tested when fitted to either steel, concrete, aluminium frame or UPVC frame 9with metal insert). The test certificate is available on the website or we can provide you with a copy on request. Need some help? Include text on the design.
