50 Diameter Head for 48mm Tube

We offer various stand offs available with different back plates to suit your needs. Our glass adapters have a curved back to suit 48mm tube and are typically used to create internal / external glass balustrades, and a post and glass balustrade system.
The stainless steel round shaped glass adapter is designed for mounting onto 48mm diameter post, 50mm in diameter [50mm OD] with a 10mm stand off from the post. The back plate / spacer allows for clearance of anything that may get in the way such as protruding window sills or over hanging slabs etc. Manufactured for interior and exterior use from 316 grade stainless steel, with an excellent brushed stainless steel satin finish.
Our 50mm x 10mm button fixing not only provides a great solution for side fixing / fascia fixing your glass onto your posts but aesthetically provides a modern and sleek finish. Designed to accommodate 10mm to 21.5mm glass thickness, we recommend a 30mm diameter hole in your glass panel for installation. We strongly recommend when installing this system that you use a pig nosed spanner to ensure you don’t scratch the bolt fixing, this can be purchased separately on our website.
50mm x 10mm glass adapter fixing for 48mm tuber is supplied with a 10mm thread, you may require a longer thread than supplied depending on your application. Extended M10 threads for fitting into masonry and dual threaded screws for fitting into timber can be found separately on our website.
